Some groups my clients have had me donate to are The Humane Society, Smile Train, Wounded Warriors Freedom Station, Second Chance Dog Rescue and Best Friends, to name a few.
For more than 20 years I have volunteered at the Humane Society, doing PFT program (pet facilitated therapy), where I brought puppies to children's hospitals, and Pets with Santa (picture taking with me as Santa, and people would then make a donation). I have also been active with On The Go, a service where I would drive folks who could no longer drive, to doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping, etc.
Rich was always readily available to answer any questions or to address any concerns regarding our purchase of a property in San Diego. Very professional, always prompt and extremely accommodating are three characteristics that describe Rich. We would not hesitate to use Rich again for future real estate purchases.
I have worked as a home inspector for many of Rich's clients over the years. Rich has already informed his clients what to expect from the home inspection. He is there with them during the inspection. He asks the appropriate questions without directing the inspection. From a home inspectors point of view he is very good to work with.
